Week 4 workshops

Week 4 has seen some exciting workshops out of the classroom. The 'high tea' workshop held a tea party, to which they invited all different members of staff including our Course Director, Administrator and Director of Studies to enjoy their freshly prepared scones with a lovely cup of tea. Thank you for my invite! The 'Nature' workshop enjoyed exploring the countryside in Woldingham whilst filming their documentary. Keep following the blog this afternoon to see the final products.

Week 3 Workshop Presentations

Wow! Week 3 Workshop presentations were of a very high standard. Our five workshops were Song Writing, Robot Mask Making, Origami, Shadow Puppets and Design your own Sport. Song Writing Origami If you want to learn more about origami you can watch this very useful tutorial. Not only can these children do the origami, they can also explain! Shadow Puppets Have you heard of Shadow Puppets? This workshop was inspired by the art of Chinese Shadow Puppetry.The students made their own Shadow Puppets and wrote an excellent imaginative story and then made a video. Design your own Sport The students have come up with new and innovative ideas for their new sports. Watch below to see more!!
