Painting multi-activity!
Super Hero multi-activity!
Woldingham Super Heroes were put through their paces on Saturday afternoon. They had to research famous Super Hereos, design their own original costume, and chose a super power. They were then tested for super hero skills of logic, agility, speed and power.
Kings and Queens club!
In preparation for our upcoming trip to Windsor Castle we held a Kings and Queens club. Taking inspiration from the British Monarchy, students designed costumes fit for a king.
Our theme for this week has been 'Royals'. Some students took inspiration from traditional English Tapestries, like Polina's 'Quest for a Unicorn' based on a William Morris tapestry. We're excited to see the tapestry room at Windsor Castle.
Other students based their big painting on our trip to London. Here we have Big Ben!
